Ignite Fitness – 6th Avenue Shopping Centre

Ignite Fitness  –  This was both a challenging and exciting project to work on, introducing a vibrant new Tenant into an existing Shopping Centre.

Demolition works were extensive and complex, but resulted in a dynamic double volume space over 3000sqm. The gym links to the Mall below via a unique feature staircase, as well as to the adjacent main roads via visual links and cues.

This project forms part of the introduction of new businesses along the Walmer business node, and compliments the ongoing refurbishment works to 6th Avenue Shopping Centre.
